Is Kerry Giving Up Florida???

According to Tony Snow on the O'Reilly Factor tonight, Kerry is pulling up stakes in Florida and betting on Ohio and Wisconsin for the win.

Wondering, though, if Ralph Neas has gotten that memo because he and his merry band of leftist lawyers are still stirring it up in Florida.

Ohio's Secretary of State Ken Blackwell has come under fire from leftists in the past few days as they parrot the "voter suppression" talking points outlined in these recently released memos.

The opportunities for a Kerry win may be shrinking. If Bush does not win the popular vote, look for a well-funded fight against the electoral college.

It's gonna be a long night next Tuesday.
